What are your hours?

Pick-up and drop-off boarding times are: 

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 11:00am & 5:30pm - 7:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am - 11:00am
  • Sunday: 5:30pm - 7:00pm

Grooming and Daycare Hours

  • Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 7:00pm
  • Grooming is by appointment only.

Daycare Assessment Pick-up and drop-off times:

  • Monday - Wednesday: 7:00am - 8:00am and 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Holiday Office Hours

Memorial Day and Labor Day: Closed Sunday and open Monday 4:00pm - 7:00pm

On New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, the kennel is closed to the public. We are never open on the eve of the major holidays. Should that fall on a Sunday, then we close to the public at 11:00am that Saturday and open the day following the holiday.

Primetime reservations - all holidays including Memorial Day, Labor Day, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and May 15th to September 15th require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve a run. The deposit will be applied to the invoice at check-out but is non-refundable, should you cancel for any reason. Deposits can be made via credit card or Venmo. Should you need to alter your dates during the prime times – you must do so 14 days prior to your starting date or you will be responsible for any days booked.

Do I need to do an assessment day? 

It is not required, but many people like to bring their dogs in for a day of daycare prior to boarding just so that you all are acquainted with the facility and staff.

Can I bring my own food?

Absolutely. Please bring it bagged per feeding or in the original bag or your container. It is good to always bring several extra days' worth of food, especially if you are flying.

Can you give medications?

Yes, we can. We do ask that you bring whatever you use to administer the medication and we need to have the bottles on hand should we need to contact your veterinarian.

Can we bring bedding and toys?

Just like sending a child to camp, things can/do get misplaced so we will provide the bedding and if you choose to bring toys, please bring a toy that you can live without just in case. We also ask that you mark everything with either labels or a permanent marker.

Can we bring our own bowls?

No. We will provide bowls and bedding.

What type of payment do you accept?

We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via Venmo, (Suzan Wilcox @mytfinekennels), cash, or check.

What services do you offer?

We are a full-service facility offering boarding, grooming, daycare, and training since 1982!

What are your vaccination requirements?

Our vaccination requirements include Rabies, DAP, and Bordetella. Puppies are welcome as soon as they have completed their Bordetella and DAP series.

Are there any products you recommend?

We highly recommend Kuranda beds. These beds are comfortable, orthopedic, chew proof, and are easy to clean. Learn more here.
